Raspberry chocolate blondie

I went to Gordan Ramsey Academy and i baked a rasberry and chocolate blondie. A blondie is a type of brownie but milk chocolate not dark chocolate. I thought that when i ate a piece it tasted rich, and the rasberry taste was a perfect tarte contrast to the sweet chocolate.

Although the cookie-like part-baked taste was nice, I’ll let it bake for a few extra minutes next time.
